Pop Up and Event Catering

This is an eye catching quick and easy to set up self contained package of street food / event catering equipment that is ideal as a first venture or a second pop up unit.

The really good news is that everything packs down into a hinged lid trailer that just about any car can tow.

Following the sale of our converted horse trailer in the middle of 2025 we put this set up together to honour just 8 events that we had committed to. This equipment has had little or no use and is ready to trade.

We just happened to be cooking Fish Fingers but you can see how flexible this set up can be.

Included in the sale - 

• 2m x 2m professional strong weather proof blue pop up gazebo
• 40mm hexagonal section aluminium frame
• 1x zip open / close wall
• 2 x windowed (with roll down blinds) side walls
• 1x solid wall
• Complete set of tie down straps and wheeled carry bag
• ‘Beach hut inspired’ wooden blue and white striped front counter
• A set of 4 sand filled corner weights
  

• A large and powerful Parry 3 burner lpg griddle mounted onto a steel, blue power coated wheeled trolley (with gas certificate). Complete with lpg hose and regulator. Small screw on legs are also included if you wanted to take the griddle off the trolley to sit on a table top.

• Two easy clean white high-density polyethylene folding tables 122cm x 61cm with stainless steel frame and height adjustable legs.

• A grey Teal Handeman Xtra portable hot water hand wash sink.

• Also included is a Coleman cool box and a selection of gastro pots and pans.

Everything is clean and in good order ready to trade.

The whole lot packs down with room to spare into a Brenderup 2205 Cargo Box Trailer. This is a brilliant trailer which at 750kg can be towed with almost any vehicle on a standard car licence.

New ‘van rated’ tyres were put on during the summer of 2025. Internal length is 2m with strong tie down points both inside and out.

However, the real plus point with this trailer is the hinged roof which means once the legs are wound down you can actually stand up in the back to load and unload your equipment.
